Kelly joined The Personal Coach in 2011 when she took on the responsibility of managing all ongoing marketing initiatives. With her exceptional skills in creative thinking and content writing, she quickly became an invaluable asset to the company. Her attention to detail and meticulousness in every task she undertakes have played a significant role in her professional growth.​​

Since 2022, she leads the MasterPoint Branding Program. In this role, she assists advisors and their teams in discovering their unique brand and implementing it effectively across various marketing materials and TouchPoints. Kelly's genuine care for her clients shines through when she witnesses their excitement and enthusiasm for the untapped branding and marketing opportunities that lie ahead.​​

Once advisors have completed the MasterPoint Program and established a strong brand foundation, Heather steps in to assist them in launching and implementing their brand. Working closely with advisors, she helps develop a comprehensive TouchPoint Plan that identifies the most effective TouchPoints based on the advisors' ideal client profiles and business objectives. ​​

Heather's expertise lies in collaborating with the creative team, suppliers, compliance, and project management to ensure a seamless execution of the advisor’s TouchPoints. Her extensive experience in the financial services industry, which began in 2000 with a highly successful investment and insurance practice, has equipped her with the skills to manage back-office efficiencies and devise effective marketing strategies.​​

Joining The Personal Coach team in 2018, Heather brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for helping advisors grow their businesses. Her meticulous attention to detail and ability to navigate various stakeholders make her an invaluable asset in the implementation phase of the branding process. She has created and implemented smart and effective marketing strategies for clients in diverse business sectors throughout Canada, building solid relationships with clients, suppliers and creative talents throughout her career.​

I began my career with Manulife Financial in Waterloo, Ontario as a Brokerage Assistant in 1989.
In 2005, I joined The Personal Coach. My advisor clients value my openness, honesty, coaching methods and enjoy the results that they get from my coaching process. It is especially rewarding for me to get advisory teams openly and effectively communicating. Helping advisors achieve success with less stress, more focus, and more confidence is always my main goal.

My specialty within MasterPoint is client interviews. I love connecting with an advisor's best clients to undercover and articulate what the advisor does best and how they've had a positive impact in their clients' lives.
